#Junior Copywriter

A junior copywriter’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the message the client is seeking to deliver and translating this into attractive on brand copy while following brand guidelines
  • Creating promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures and social networks
  • Concepting and executing primarily short form content for digital platforms, and social media
  • Understand best design practices across all social channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Producing creative ideas for innovative campaigns that can then be adapted across assets
  • Keeping copy consistent and identifiable for each client
  • Writing perfect, pleasing copy that will engage the audience
  • Review/ copy edit for grammar, formatting, consistency and clarity
  • Contribute to a creative team culture of conceptual curiosity and innovation, by staying abreast of social and cultural trends to inspire creative solutions
  • Manage time and juggle multiple projects while staying self-motivated and well organized

Qualifications needed:

  • Strong writing skills in Greek and English
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant copywriting experience within an agency environment
  • Perfect knowledge of grammar and spelling in Greek and English
  • The ability to think creatively and translate ideas into copy
  • Be accepting to feedback and using it to grow and improve as a copywriter
  • Great organizational skills and solid time-management skills
  • A passion for writing and the willingness to learn from other creative professionals

#Copywriter

A copywriter’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the message the client is seeking to deliver and translating this into attractive on brand copy while following brand guidelines
  • Creating promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures and social networks
  • Concept and execute primarily short form content for print ads, digital campaigns, social media calendars, social ads, email touchpoints, direct response ads, OOH campaigns, etc.
  • Concept and brainstorm with creative partners to develop strong integrated campaigns and brand work across multiple platforms including TV, display, social media, print and video
  • Contribute to a creative team culture of conceptual curiosity and innovation, by staying abreast of social and cultural trends especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Keeping copy consistent and identifiable for each client
  • Writing perfect, pleasing copy that will engage the audience
  • Perform proof reading/editing and review on copy, with strong attention to detail for grammar, formatting, consistency and clarity
  • Manage time and juggle multiple projects while staying self-motivated and well organized
  • Successfully communicate, present and pitch creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them

Qualifications needed:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant copywriting experience and specific experience creating advertising marketing copy
  • Agency & campaign experience is required
  • Have a diverse portfolio of copy examples across channels (i.e. digital, print, OOH, email, social. radio)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills both in Greek & English
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, multitasking, ability to perform under pressure
